1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Motor Beacon Gaming Solutions' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Motor Beacon provides gaming-related services including:

• Custom game development for mobile, PC, and web platforms
• Esports consulting and team management
• Gaming equipment sales and installation
• Tournament hosting and management
• Related consulting and support services

3. Service Agreements

Project Scope

All services will be provided according to written agreements that specify project scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms. Changes to project scope may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide:

• Timely feedback and approvals
• Necessary project materials and information
• Payment according to agreed terms
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Project deposits are required before work begins
• Invoices are payable within 30 days of receipt
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• Services may be suspended for non-payment

5. Intellectual Property

Client-Owned Content

Clients retain ownership of content, ideas, and materials they provide. Motor Beacon receives a license to use such materials solely for providing contracted services.

Motor Beacon-Created Content

Unless otherwise specified in writing, Motor Beacon retains rights to development methodologies, tools, and general knowledge. Specific deliverables created for clients become client property upon full payment.

6. Confidentiality

Motor Beacon maintains strict confidentiality regarding client projects and proprietary information. We do not share client information except as required by law or with explicit client consent.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Motor Beacon warrants that services will be performed with professional skill and care. However:

• No guarantee is made regarding commercial success of projects
• Technical solutions are provided "as-is" after acceptance
• We disclaim warranties regarding third-party platforms or services

8. Limitation of Liability

Motor Beacon's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Project cancellation terms are specified in individual agreements. Generally:

• Clients may cancel with written notice
• Work completed to cancellation date is billable
• Refunds are provided for unused prepaid services
• Cancellation fees may apply for late-stage cancellations

10. Force Majeure

Motor Beacon is not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures of third-party services.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario or through binding arbitration as mutually agreed.

12. Modifications

Motor Beacon reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
